I don’t know the technicalities but at the time someone (maybe @dish?) said it was not really launched by his account but was spoofed somehow.

Says it was launched by 0x053707B201385AE3421D450A1FF272952D2D6971, which resolves to proxystudio.eth so I don't think so?

yeah someone deployed this from the contract directly and passed in his address as creator
