honest question: why does it feel grifty for a creator to make more money than the platform (the same amount of money is being spent by the collector in both scenarios)

without the platform the creator wouldnt be making anything at all. (probably) 

i think its fair to give them a proper cut of the deal.

honestly a tough question because we have so many variables to work with.
