The only thing that makes me a little sad is watching the narrative of decentralization and “crypto is for the people” slowly die. I know so many devs and creators from Asia and other parts of the world who’ve been building incredible things on Base since day 1. And yet, of all the people they could’ve spotlighted, they brought Gary on stage. No hate but this cycle made it clear: as a brown artist living in India, I can’t just be good.
