Looking for examples where the docs are:

1) Confusing

2) Incorrect

3) Missing something that would have saved you a bunch of time

have not looked at mini app docs in a few weeks but could not figure out best way to get started and punted to work on other stuff

I tried to convert our web app to a mini app and followed the instructions for “existing” projects.  I then could not get the splash page to load on the dev sandbox tool and I also messed up our open graph images with the mini app variant - only spent a couple hours so it’s on me but was thinking it was going to be easier as our app is next js on vercel

Hard to get started as a non tech with such concise docs talking to actual devs only. Too much prerequisite !! :)
