I sometimes wonder how some people actually train legs back 3 times a week, even 2 atimes, don’t crucify me please 😆🙏🏾 When i train legs, the pain would last for minimum of 3 days ngl, my back day and leg day are far apart cause i want to hit both optimally too, my body is literally destroyed after a leg day. I barely have videos of me training legs cause i forget to actually make them. I’ve seen better results this way, probably genetics 🤷🏾♂️ What’s your take on training legs once a week?

Train legs 6 days a week, use the last day for legs too. Thank me later
