do over/unders count extra time, up to when penalty would be taken? which of these do you think fans would have the most fun with?

Over/under bets are only calculated based on the first 90 minutes of play plus any injury time; extra time is not included in football/soccer matches. -Fabian Ruiz for 1 shots (not shot on target) -Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for 1 shots on target.

Suppose "A" is (striker) who has high probable to get opta points. Punter might offer a handicap market where "A" starts with (-)? points and another player (a defender) starts at 0. IF "A" still outscores the defender after the handicap is applied, "A" will win. If not, bets on the defender win. Hope I got you.
