Suppose "A" is (striker) who has high probable to get opta points. Punter might offer a handicap market where "A" starts with (-)? points and another player (a defender) starts at 0.
IF "A" still outscores the defender after the handicap is applied, "A" will win. If not, bets on the defender win.
