Reviewing: November Brasserie (Berlin) A Michelin Bib Gourmand winner for last few years, this is the best raw-focused seafood I’ve ever had in a landlocked city. The menu is super interesting bc they take each thing thats highlighted in their nigiri section, and create a more elaborate dish around it. In my picture you see the Sicilian style giant prawns (super interesting) and the fatty toro with dashi and caviar. The menu would work as pure sushi alone, or as a raw bar type restaurant, or even as an incredible cocktail bar (and I mean *incredible*). But it’s all three. This place is really worth the visit and costs half as much as it would in New York. PS — consider sitting at the bar if you go. The sushi chefs are both professional and friendly — might make you some special things to try.

In my experience, 80% of bib gourmand restaurants provide a better experience than 80% of one star restaurants. Looks incredible, thanks for posting
