this is a pretty sophisticated scam attempt on X. not sure what's going on or how this is possible. if i click the profile it goes to mario's real profile. 2.2M followers. i don't really understand. i reached out to X support to flag it for them. nothing material back yet. curious to see what they say.

They sent me this too. How do you know it’s fake (I assumed it was actually someone one his team that he allows to use the account for BD)

i'd be very suspect that mario wants to interview me at this stage, so i was cautious, and then they sent a scammy looking hubspot link.

but since posting this i've seen the same message others received from mario and others so it's definitely a scam.

What they told me is that they charge you a shitload of token equity to put you on their side show (the round table)

It seems like a plausible (yet dirty) pump and dump scheme 

I never got any weird links tho

maybe the real one reached out to you but i would be highly highly suspect and extremely careful. see dwr's quote cast evidently he gets multiple messages like these weekly
