I see three common archetypes in the 10+ years I have trained people. The Robot: Trained to grind it out. Head down. Don’t complain. Power through. Be productive. The Smiler: Conditioned to always “be nice.” Suppress irritation. Smile when you’re boiling inside. Keep the peace. The Outspoken: Inclined to “telling it like it is”. Don’t beat around the bush. Push buttons. Get things moving. Despite the differences, they have something in common: They are outward habits that mask our honest emotions. And when we can’t hear our real feelings, we lose track of our motivation. We start to feel numb. Or fake. Or just tired. Fortunately we can get back in touch with our core. You can read about how in my latest (don't worry, free) article: https://tkrok.substack.com/p/the-emotion-motivation-link I hope there's a hint in there for you to feel alignment.
