Buying a new MacBook this week. 

Def doing M4. Was thinking 32 gb ram, 512 ssd should be more than enough 

Does anyone have strong opinions on the air vs pro? 

My current one is a pro I bought 6 years ago. Seems like there’s a “lightweight / aesthetic” argument to the air which might be worth thinking about

i haven't been paying attention to the "you're nearly out of storage" alerts from macos and i don't plan on caring anytime soon

with apple, youll pay in annoyances later if you dont get enough storage. it makes sense to max out if you know you dont want to upgrade again later. yes its expensive, yes its annoying. im sorry.
