The depressing thing is that all of the internet is kinda like this

I can literally feel some cloud we services being faster in the morning in Europe because americans are asleep. I used to use Expo React Native early cloud deploy machine to build apps, it was crucial to get builds done in the morning because in the afternoon they could take an entire hour

and probably also have somewhat a minimal critical mass even for low activity hours

Yeah I think the others just have it down to suggest that stuff is happening or whatever

oh never thought about that, farcaster is the only place where i actually feel it

during my peak startup hustle era, i worked from italy for a couple months and it was the most productive i've ever been precisely because there was no news to refresh all day lol

Heh. I for one just cast when I feel like it - and do see activity at utc+8. But you bring up a good point re: vicious cycle and how we need more spread users (and of course, language matters too - I presume you only wanna read posts in your own lingua Franca)

following asian/european accounts doesn't help, they cast during low activity times because there is no activity, vicious cyle

Follow more non-US based accounts. Asian and other Europeans will ensure proper content that isn’t dead during European mornings! 

And you can change what you’re looking at - switch to followers - you might be surprised
