There is going to be a point where US citizens illegally taken into custody by ICE will be in court facing charges for assaulting a federal officer

I’d prefer none of this ever happened but I look forward too those court dates

I’m eager for the cases where second amendment purist judges have to rule on self defense cases where the victim has committed manslaughter against a cop/ice/marine who has overstepped their jurisdiction an/or authority. The precedent set from these cases will be immensely important if the judicial wing is to have any meaningful role in preventing fascism

Sorry to be bleak but these cases are definitely coming down the pipeline and how they play out is important to consider
