Hi @yancey listened to your dialectic ep + ted talk — appreciate your perspective tackling business w a creative’s lens. With the explosion of people tapping into their creativity, how do you envision creators collaborating when there is a wide range of skill/exp?

Hey good to connect People most genuinely collaborate and make interesting things together when a shared interest or common cause brings them together. As each new person joins the group, its capacity and abilities evolve. There are limits and breaking points to this, but I think it always starts with the shared goal even more than the specific skills people bring. It's the dish, not just the ingredients

What do you mean the past? I do them right now I go to people's shows to tell them they're awesome. I've made people mixtapes as a way of showing I understand their taste. I've sent strangers raw google docs of things not yet public to see what they thought. i've knocked on someone's door because they ran a label i loved. not all of these turned out how i hoped. it's hard not to come on a little strong :) but all part of the journey (and it's still continuing)
