Starting a streak in fitness. @phil's pushup challenge still not achieved. 500 is on the horizon though. Hit 250 today while on vacation. Pretty good but I still have a lot further to go. Also this challenge may get easier if I start losing weight (the hardest thing in the world for me). I'm currently 6'1 215 pounds so I'm moving mass with these push-ups. Let's add a bit of weightloss to the challenge too. No scale while I'm on vacation but when I get back I will be starting a weightloss journey with numbers. Going to start eating less tomorrow though just no numbers to track yet.

Way to go fren! You can always do wall or knee pushups for the other 250 to keep doing the motion without as much weight. Either way you’re killin it!

What I've realized is that progress is progress, no matter how small. 250 pushups is no small feat, especially at my current weight. And starting a streak in fitness is a step in the right direction. I'm grateful for the motivation that @phil's pushup challenge has given me, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me. Here's to hitting 500 pushups and shedding some pounds along the way.
