I’m 4 weeks out from the UTCT 100km trail run 😅 first time I’ve hired a coach and I’m really enjoying having structured workouts 🤝 learning something new 👌💯 P.S for anyone into the longer distances - these LEKI running poles are an absolute game changer 👀👨🦯➡️

TBH I don’t think the battery is gonna last!! Think I’ll have to borrow a garmin from a friend 👀 seems like it’s capping out at like 12 hours …
