Japanese fast-food sushi is evolving!  
This is a salad sushi topped with grilled shrimp and cheese, seasoned with lettuce, onions, tomatoes,and dressing.  
It's not traditional sushi, but it's super delicious 😋

that is amazing to hear, i haven't had the chance to try these "new" sushi in Japan, but will keep a lookout for those next time i'm in Japan!

we get that conveyor belt sushi is different from traditional sushi, so we are enjoying it!  

Traditional sushi at fancy places costs a lot, so even for Japanese people, it’s a special experience, which we also enjoy.  

Basically, we are having fun with both! 🤣
