it’s way more useable since beta 2 came out — all of the issues i was having have basically been dealt with that saying, now they’ve made some changes and now it just feels like ios18 with spatial photos (i’m not mad about it)

i'm not fiddling with the glass UI stuff much yet, i think sptial photos don't apply (?) if you use photo shuffle as the wallpaper. so far the most enjoyable thing is the auto DJ crossfading thing in Apple Music. have only used the beta for a few hours now.

ah i was talking about spatial photos in the photos app — they’re a pretty cool gimmick i unsubbed apple music and moved back to spotify so looks like i’m missing out here i’ve finally accepted app popularity + music variety is superior to audio quality (never thought i’d say this)

i have a homepod so there's that. but i'm thinking of getting android for the next upgrade so if that happens will be using spotify most likely (but i always listen to very simlilar stuff so maybe i should just own the music)

Never imagine I'd say this but Apple Intelligence and Siri sucks so much and now that my main LLM-senpai is gemini, i'm thinking of getting a droid. Yeah I love a Samsung fold (and flip!!). Realistically looking at a Pixel or OnePlus Open. Lazy to migrate so I'll probably hold on to 1 or 2 more iPhone releases.

i moved away from android last year and i have no want to hurry back (but will agree w you on the fact AI and Siri are useless, i just have my 15 pro action button set up to open chatgpt w an empty prompt window instead) i love how the apple eco works seamlessly and isn't at all clunky like android (and android to windows) also no huge ads all over the app store like the google play store and face id is superior tech and they just keep introducing more customisability which was one of my biggest things holding me back from making the move before that (had been team android for the past 15ish years)
