try talking sometimes, yeah? i have someone i do situation report to randomly (usually bi-monthly, sometimes more). just tell them how you really feel. it doesn’t have to be someone you are romantically involved with. just someone you trust and consider your friend. for me, i don’t have to look too far because i only have one friend. so yeah, find that person. when the going gets tough, you just talk to them. i start my text to them with *situation report* so they can know
