Nice. The last time that I grew a metric ton of peppers (paprika and cayenne, mainly), I dehydrated, ground, and vaccu-canned everything. That lasted me 8+ years...and I use paprika and cayenne A LOT. 😆

Yea we do the same thing. Rotate years on varieties. I have so many peppers in Quart jars in the pantry celler its ridiculous 🫡

Ghost, huh? My threshold stops around 30k scoville. Grew habaneros once…too hot for me. I can’t even imagine a ghost pepper. 😆
