Is it weird that I barely feel hungry when I am occupied?
It’s not like If you gve me something to eat, I will refuse. But I don’t feel that hunger until it’s getting to lights out by 10pm.

And I’m even on medication, don’t know how to do this..

Honestly, I barely feel hungry when I’m busy too. Food just doesn’t cross my mind until late. Medication probably messes with appetite as well. Just try to grab something quick so you don’t crash later.
