Yes - it is an ultimate flow state, but - it feels bad. If Zen state is about being fully in the moment - then yes - vomiting is zen. However - the zen states I want to return to don’t hurt me or make me feel bad. So yeah - on one level this is true, but unless you’ve got a fetish (which I’m all for ;-p) - there are other more neutral - even fun - ways to get zen.
