Fascinating: Tether invests $200M into a Neurotech start-up. So many thoughts here. I'm curious to hear your perspective first. What's the play? https://www.forbes.com/sites/naveenrao/2024/04/30/what-200-million-in-crypto-cash-means-for-blackrock-neurotech/

at least the ecosystem will have a BCI enterprise unlike many who just hop among conferences for PGFs is what I think bluntly.

i think it's because we have never thought about getting a PGF. I'm just exploring the space. Whereas there are dope mechanism experiments, there is also a certain demographic who get by a la style thanks to these. I am sorry we have come down to this from neurotech but ain't it the entire idea of being a crypto nomad?

Huh good point. What I find off putting about PGF is that it’s used most frequently by proprietary, competitive, for profit corps that just suck at raising money. The shit they build is not “public goods” it’s just pre-seed startups. I’m sorry what were we talking about I didn’t mean to rant 😂

that and on the lower end there are clusters who really do nothing, hop between hackathons, and usually wearing badges at the decision making points but get huge allos 1% might be good people but i saw it IRL, could not believe, and got the fuck outta there on the second day.
