I’m always happy to make a dollar free, but tbh I think most teams are wasting their money doing this and I imagine most data would back that up when looking at longer term token performance and mindshare analytics If the token generation event has already occurred then that 10k can probably be spent elsewhere Teams should be encouraged to use airdrops as a token generation event - the best advertising for any project is making users rich There’s a reason Degen brought so many people here - people heard we were tipping out mortgages Getting 7 dollars doesn’t have the same pull

I tend to agree but lots of tokens have promo/marketing/etc stuff built into the allocation budget, and this is a better use of it than many other options

Yeah I hear you, I just don’t think 10k moves the needle in crypto unfortunately It’s one thing to allocate a nebulous amount of tokens to marketing pre TGE, but I think it’s a different thing when that token has already been around a while and then teams start “advertising” I don’t even know if I understand what I just wrote
