DeFi Report has this watchlist for tokens and stocks to buy during the current bear market. For each asset on the list they have a target price. If the current price is below target, it's a good time to buy. I made a mini app (Wen To Buy) which tracks the assets on DeFi Report's watchlist, so you can easily see which ones are in the buy zone (current price is lower than the target price).
