a) yes, the service is typically terrible

b) yes, it still annoys me how they don't personalize or adjust any orders

c) but i love it because it reminds me both of dinners at home with my family and dining out with my friends in the streets of western europe... an almost impossible balance to nail.

I really don't get the gjelina obsession (it's good, but I have never come to recommend it to people). I guess my biggest turn-off from all the times I've been there: terrible service manners - a sense of "you should be grateful you're even eating here".
