idk who needs to hear this but i find it insanely attractive when someone who initially doesn't get what they want decides to buckle down and grind in order to flip the outcome (note: they usually do) i find it insanely unattractive when they decide only to complain as if it'll flip the outcome (note: it never does)

There is another way, the European way which means to grind in order to flip the outcome while complaining and blaming others. Ask any Italian, French and also Eastern European 🤌🏻

agreed: there are 2 types of people: - high agency, they take accountability and just do stuff to change things - blamers, it's always someone or something else's fault, and the solution is to complain high agency people do a LOT better over time. It's a compounding quality

i always loved the saying "before complaining, offer a solution" and yeah hard agree having drive is an attractive quality. along with independence, and maybe most important, passion.
