Overheard a call 2 weeks back: “I’ve been disagreeing and committing for 6 months now but you guys keep changing the plans”. True story.

True — if disagreement becomes the norm it’s not just disagreement anymore… it’s a fracture, or loss of confidence, or something bigger Disagree but commit hopefully the exception, not the rule But you don’t want it to end you
