Totally, but being careful is essential. I have seen so many places where voices are heard but not listened to, and ultimately, people stop contributing because of this.

It’s not an echo chamber if there are disagreements being voiced

You just can’t pursue everything at the same time

until it becomes an eco chamber. Be careful.

being a builder on a team is a lot like being in a band. in my bands, it was essentially a 4 or 5 way marriage - you won’t always see eye to eye, but you're committed to each other and pushing toward the same goal.

Compromise is often not a good answer. It tends to dilute the valid point/vision each side may have.

You have to commit to some real path.

Once the debate is over, everyone has to move forward with full optimism and energy — even when there are parts of the path we didn’t agree with.

“Disagree but commit” should only be on Noah’s Arc-sized decisions, not on small things.

True — if disagreement becomes the norm it’s not just disagreement anymore… it’s a fracture, or loss of confidence, or something bigger
