VCs not funding apps is down to two things imo:

- consumer is damn hard to breakout outside of pure speculation, team has to be cracked in product, eng and distribution 

- VCs have become risk averse because there is so much money to be made in infra tokens, so why take the risk when they can almost always guarantee some marked return

Who's buying the infra tokens from them? It certainly can't be retail as they're all in on memecoins and have caught on the rigged game of bluechip coins

Retail still buys. And there is always an institition to convince
