any warpcast rewards i get will be going to funding the rest of my album. 

the goal is 20k more for the project. 
so far after two weeks posting on warpcast we are 400$ of 20K funded. which is pretty crazy!!!

I haven’t! I think I feel bad asking people for help/when it’s not like an emergency or something haha. do people fund their projects on here too?

I totally understand and absolutely agree with you — I feel exactly the same way.

I think this mini-app is being used the wrong way.
It should work more like Kickstarter — where you present a project, and people receive something in return.

In your case, it could be early access to your music, or downloadable files without going through third-party platforms (just random ideas).

That way, it’s not about asking for help or donations, but about finding backers for a project with a shared outcome.
It’s not so different from what happens when raising funds for a startup.
