3rd beginner achievement. 💪 Wife just said: “I can see your muscles behind here” indicating my rear delts. I was shirtless just after the workout going to have a shower. Considering that I started lifting in January exactly because she said I was too skinny, it is a great ego boost. It means that the hard word is worth it.
