I've seen clips of people arested for social media posts, although I would like to be in a world that unless real direct harm occurs you can't be arested that's not the case.

And if ordinary ppl get arested for same stuff Elon does I don't see why that won't apply to him as well. 

I get the extradition stuff is a bit too much but then again if the law allows that no one should get preferential treatment.
