Yea I totally feel this. It’s a purposeful routine since I know I can be the same - it helps that I have cats who like to (gently) nudge me around 6am for food…. 

I have a whoop so I have a bit of data to track patterns, but I also don’t look too deeply or track too detailed

maybe I need an adjustment but personally find it hard to go to bed that early. naturally, I love to stay up till late. Night time is my time. But find myself being more productive when I wake up earlier

I’ve been really into being a “day” person recently. Up around 6/7 asleep between 9/9:30 and it’s amazing

tbh I’d love if I can find a pill that allows me to feel rested without any sleep and just do my thing all the time

I feel like regardless at the time I wake up the day is way too short🌹
