Spaghetti in a Rich Beef Tomato Sauce with Basil & Parmesan How do you Bolognese? It's a bit of an evolution for me and it's not a traditional one but I always saute my onions and garlic in butter, deglase with white wine, add a parmesan rind, beef stock, milk and herbs. Maybe the next batch I'll discover something new to even better the dish. I'm currently in Boston on my last day of visiting family and friends....my life, like most has been a bit of an evolution, living in different places, meeting new people...but no matter the changes there are always consistencies of good family, friends, food and conversation throughout. .
