If you believe the market naturally takes out leverage traders, if all the leverage traders are betting the market goes down, and there aren't any more leverage traders up, that means we have to go up.

Interesting point. When leverage traders are predominantly short and the market pushes against them, it often leads to a bullish movement as these positions get liquidated and the market corrects.
