We eat a LOT of sardines (though the freshies) when we’re in Portugal. Grilled w a bit of salt = 🤌 And after visiting a few traditional tin can fish packing factories (Norway, Portugal, Italy), I definitely enjoy them. Here in the Baltics: pickled herrings are delicious 😋
