Yesterday we and the rest of the Iberian peninsula lost power around noon. 

Power came back for us around 6pm, but much of the rest of our neighborhood (Triana, Sevilla) was without power until the wee hours of the morning.

Also no cell service all day and basically no internet until this morning.

First news reports that we heard yesterday were that it was a cyberattack via the Russians. 

Now it’s fairly unknown and may just be a renewables issue with the grid. 

Time will tell (maybe) but it sure was surreal to be disconnected like that in a city…
