What’s your diet strategy for #2? My brain seems to need a high fat diet during mentally taxing periods of time. Makes it hard to achieve the body weight ⬇️ part.

So I’m not the expert here, but my grug brain approach to #2 is - Only eat out on Saturdays (biggest rule) - No alcohol - Protein from food macros min 1 gram per lb bodyweight every day - 1 additional protein shake post workout on lifting days - No grain carb snacks (any snacks are jerky or carrots w hummus etc)
