Contrarian food for thought: 90% of teams do not get venture funded. It's not about the thing not being "venture scalable". By cutting out the middle man (in this case someone institutional) with ability to do DD, is much more likelihood of a bad team (often team of 1) getting funded by the most unsophisticated retail. I don't think thats how internet capital markets are supposed to work 😅
