TCR Party was an experiment ahead of its time and worth revisiting. TCR Party was a research project / social experiment that was a Token Curated Registry (TCR), a list that is managed by token holders, that you could participate in directly on Twitter in 2018. You'd follow the TCR Party Bot and interact with it via mentions and DMs. You get TCRP tokens for signing up. Each day, you could get more from the faucet. There were only 99 spots on the leaderboard / TCR of Twitter accounts. Those on the leaderboard would be retweeted by TCR Party's account. To get on the list, you needed to be nominated. Users would stake TCRP tokens to nominate someone (if there was an empty spot). No spots? Don't think someone belongs on the leaderboard? Stake TCRP to challenge them. Token holders then vote to keep or kick. If your challenge is successful, the person who nominated the kicked person loses their TCRP they staked to nominate. Lose your challenge, lose a % of your staked TCRP to the nominator. Link: tcr.party
