I am so glad Farcaster exists. I've been chasing decentralized social networks for years. I used Peepeth but it was too early. I used Lens but the design was too clunky IMO (ex. follows as NFTs) Farcaster feels like it is doing everything right and the influence of its builders and communities can't be denied. ok @clanker The name of the token is 'Wood' and the ticker is WOOD. The image is attached. The concept for the token is simple: the requestor share of the fees will be used to fight climate change by retiring carbon onchain via KlimaDAO. 100% of the WOOD from fees will go to KlimaDAO. 90% of the WETH from fees will go to retire carbon onchain. A contract will be launched where WOOD token holders can lock WOOD to create logs which contain their carbon retirement details. Each time the fees are claimed, a random log is selected by the contract and made the beneficiary of the carbon retirement.
