Posting this from superanon for more reach. Suggest me some best ideas to curate a good developer community from wannabe devs to seasoned devs and then encourage them to build cool onchain projects.

Launch a token, reinvent Stack Overflow, but this time, actually pay devs for correct answers—then slap on some strobing lights and an edgy font to keep things disruptive.

make a website linking everything so it's less of a run around when trying to learn how to build onchain, then promote them onchain via website it will gain traffic if it's a good site... This is my website for the RealCanadian Community! not fully done but it's a work in progress🇨🇦 https://sites.google.com/view/realcanadiancrypto/home

Building a strong developer community that bridges the gap between beginners and experienced devs while fostering onchain innovation requires a mix of education incentives and collaboration. Like Make Learning Accessible Incentivize Engagement & Contribution Foster a Collaborative Culture Make It Fun & Engaging Lower Barriers to Building Onchain The key is to make the community welcoming rewarding and fun while offering clear pathways from learning to shipping. Focus on real utility strong incentive and an active feedback loop to keep devs engaged long term.
