This is from the Welltory app, which unlocks data from your Apple Watch. I can feel my headache transforming into a migraine. Checked the app and my body is clearly mad. This is the first time I’ve used it as a tool to help decide if I should take a triptan or not. Wish my luck that I wake up without a migraine!

God bless. From my mother to my children I have seen the results. It skipped me luckily but migranes are not a small thing!
