Looks like we have quite similar setup: no tabs, full-screen terminal, and leader-based bindings. I shamelessly copy-pasted all your config.

I'm getting a bit tired of constant configuration and tweaking. Just today I spent ~30m on making nvim work with both tsc and deno LSP work together.

I too had a performance issues with very large projects. I'm giving Zed a spin for next week :)
