I've been medicated for two months now (bupropion + lexapro) and it's really helped raise my floor of daily energy. Still lots of work to do and systems to set up but it's all part of the process.

Joined! At the young age of 40 I'm finally taking steps to get diagnosed and get some ADHD meds.

Admittedly I’ve done a poor job moderating. Largely from not being proactive, but also the Channels tab is super noisy for me and new /adhd posts get drowned out for me

This channel is starting to lose signal. I think we need a moderation system. :(
