A smart contract that I send money to, and each week my funds are disbursed to people whose casts I liked that week. Notifications get sent. All programmatically, automatically, and permissionlessly. But after novelty wears off, people won’t want to keep paying. Enter brands, who can sponsor people by adding to the pot and in return, they get mentioned in the notification.

the permissionless constraint is an interesting one and it's technically possible, but only on optimism if we assume the token is USDC, - you'd grant the contract a USDC allowance - a bot would automatically fetch all your reactions for the week from a hub and find the top 10 users and verification messages for their primary verified address on farcaster - then the bot would submit all the full reaction messages to the smart contract - the smart contract would verify the farcaster signatures and work out the proportions - then it would disperse the funds proportionally to the provided addresses after verifying the provided farcaster verification proofs it would have to be on optimism because that is the source of truth for fids and onchain signers. unfortunately this would break when signers move to snapchain

full permissionlessness just means that if i disappear and the bot stops running, anyone else can run the bot. it also requires the least trust if you're willing to trust someone with some funds then it can be A LOT simpler and work on any chain
