Crypto is a tough place to build because every technical decision also has an ideological component to it so every compromise you make (and probably anything you do) will always be heavily scrutinised

if you're building a protocol people are constantly checking if it passes all the purity tests like decentralization, permissionlessness, censorship resistance etc
