Claude 3.5 did this too! Constantly fighting it while building Scout. Me: Pls add this feature Claude: Done! Me: Why did you delete this other feature at the same time? Claude: 🤷🏻♂️

actually never experienced this with 3.5, but got it all the time with 3.7 as well
