which would you recommend more for a weekend in Colombia? Medellin or Cartagena?

Depends on what you prefer.Cartagena is sun, beaches and a rather beautiful Colonial old city. But it can get boring after a few days. A In comparison Medellin is nestled in the mountains and has a different vibe altogether. Also it gives the option to do coffee tourism. I'd do Medellin and nearby towns
